ISO/IEC 12207:1995 Amd 1:2002 + Amd 2:2004 Information technology – Software life cycle processes
ISO/IEC 12207 provides an architecture of the life cycle of software from “cradle to grave”. The architecture specifies all the processes and their purposes that should be followed to ensure the construction of quality software: doing so enables the software to be engineered with the discipline that ensures the process outcomes are expected and meet requirements.
